Leadership and Human Resources Workshop Series for ELCC Leaders

Strengthen your leadership confidence and develop practical people-management skills through this interactive workshop series designed specifically for Yukon Early Learning and Child Care leaders.

Who can attend: Leaders in licensed early learning and child care programs, including owners, operators, license holders (boards for non-profit programs), directors and supervisors.

Participants will explore:

  • Effective recruitment and retention strategies
  • Meaningful onboarding practices
  • Employee engagement and workplace belonging
  • Coaching and communication skills
  • Approaches to building positive workplace culture and supporting staff growth

Through hands-on activities, real-world scenarios, and practical tools, participants will leave with strategies they can immediately apply in their programs.
