Who can attend: Leaders in licensed early learning and child care programs, including owners, operators, license holders (boards for non-profit programs), directors and supervisors.

The Leadership and Human Resources Workshop Series for ELCC Leaders is designed to strengthen your leadership confidence and develop practical people-management skills through this interactive workshop series designed specifically for Yukon Early Learning and Child Care leaders.

In Session 1, participants will explore:

  • Recruiting, hiring, retaining, and supporting employees
  • Creating a strong foundation for long-term workforce success

Through hands-on activities, real-world scenarios, and practical tools, participants will leave with strategies they can immediately apply in their programs.
