Our community: a time for reflection and celebration

Tuesday, June 9, 2026 | 6 to 7:30 pm

Our community: a time for reflection and celebration

Together, we build belonging

When educators come together to share experiences, revisit meaningful moments, and celebrate learning, a deeper sense of belonging begins to take root. These moments help us recognize the importance of relationships and the ways our communities shape children’s identities and well being.

Together, we will explore how connection, care, and inclusive relationships (both indoors and on the land) support a strong sense of belonging for children and educators alike.

Join the ELCC team for this final session in the It starts with a book workshop series as we reflect on our shared learning journey and celebrate the connections built along the way.

Thursday, May 21, 2026 | 6 to 7:30 pm

Strong hearts: building resilience and fairness

Strength is built through challenge!

Join us for an interactive workshop exploring how resilience and a sense of justice develop through everyday experiences. Together, we will look at ways of creating environments that support inclusion, equity, and fairness through open-ended play, shared problem-solving, and everyday challenges.
