Early learning leaders have an important role to play in supporting a psychologically healthy and safe workplace. The Mental Health Commission of Canada identified 13 factors that can impact the mental health of employees. This leadership series will explore some of the factors that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Why participate?
Through relatable examples and insightful strategies, participants will gain practical tools to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a psychologically safe workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and motivated.
Who can attend?
Leaders in licensed early learning and child care programs, including owners, operators, license holders (boards for non-profit programs), directors and supervisors.
