ELCC Leadership Workshop: 13 Factors of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace

This one-day introductory session provides Yukon Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) leaders with a practical overview of the 13 Factors of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.

Facilitated by: Ruth Lane and Marisa Whyte, ELCC Branch

Why participate?

Participants will explore how each factor contributes to a healthy, respectful, and supportive work environment, while gaining insight into the connection between employee well-being, team effectiveness, and quality early learning programs.

Designed to build awareness and inspire action, the session offers leaders an opportunity to reflect on current workplace practices and identify meaningful steps toward fostering psychologically safer and healthier workplaces for educators, staff, and the families they serve.
