This workshop introduces the concept of growth mindset and how we can use it to increase children's willingness to take on challenges in school and life.  

Participants will:

• Identify two key parts of the brain involved in learning;
• Describe fixed and growth mindsets; and
• Discuss how to encourage growth mindset in children.
